Make
Make connects your site to the rest of your tools when there’s no direct integration. One form submission can update your CRM, notify your team and start an email sequence in a single run.
What Make is
Make, formerly Integromat, is a visual automation platform. Each automation, called a scenario, starts with a trigger and runs a chain of modules, with routers, filters and data mapping in between. It can receive webhooks and call almost any API through its HTTP module. Plans are priced by usage, in credits.
How it fits on your site
Webflow connects through Make’s Webflow app, which watches Webflow events such as new form submissions and can create or update CMS items.
Framer forms can send each submission to a webhook, which a Make scenario receives.
CMS updates. Make can add content to a Webflow site from another tool, such as publishing a job post once it’s approved in your hiring tool.
A typical scenario: a demo request comes in, Make creates the contact in your CRM, posts the details to a sales channel in Slack and adds the person to an email list.
Where the scope includes it, we connect the site’s forms to your tools through Make.
What you get
Forms on your site that reach the tools your team works in
Scenarios tested with real submissions
A handover note listing each scenario, its trigger and where the data goes
The Make account and its scenarios stay with your team, so you can change them later.
What to watch out for
Direct connections first
If a tool connects to your site directly, that’s usually simpler than a scenario.
Quiet failures
Turn on error notifications, so a failed run gets noticed the same day.
Usage
Most modules use credits every time they run. Busy forms with long scenarios add up.
One owner
Someone on your team should know where the scenarios live and check them after a tool changes.
