The time difference
Israel is 2 hours ahead of London for almost all of 2026. On 27 and 28 March the gap is 3 hours, because Israel moves its clocks forward two days before the UK does. Both change back on 25 October. The exact dates shift a little each year.
When it’s 09:00 in London, it’s 11:00 in Israel. Most of a standard working day overlaps, so calls are easy to fit in.
