The time difference
Israel is 1 hour ahead of Berlin for almost all of 2026. On 27 and 28 March the gap is 2 hours, because Israel moves its clocks forward two days before Germany does. Both change back on 25 October. The exact dates shift a little each year.
When it’s 09:00 in Berlin, it’s 10:00 in Israel. Nearly the whole working day overlaps, so calls are easy to fit in.
