HubSpot
If HubSpot is your CRM, your website should feed it properly. We connect forms and gated content so every inquiry reaches the right place with the right details.
What HubSpot is
HubSpot is a CRM platform with tools for marketing, sales and customer service. On a website, the parts that matter most are its forms, which create or update contacts in the CRM, and its tracking code, which records which pages known contacts visit. Sales teams also use its meetings tool for booking calls.
How we set it up
There are three common ways to connect HubSpot to a Framer or Webflow site.
HubSpot forms, embedded. The form is built in HubSpot and placed on the page. Submissions go straight into the CRM.
Your site’s own form, sent to HubSpot. The form is designed as part of the page, and submissions pass to HubSpot through a native app where one exists, or through an automation tool.
The tracking code. Added site-wide, so HubSpot can connect page visits to known contacts.
We choose the route with your team, based on how your marketing operations run.
For Peak3, an enterprise website built for the marketing team to manage, the build covered 39 URLs, 17 templates and six CMS collections, with HubSpot connected.
What you get
Forms designed as part of your pages, connected to HubSpot
Gated content, where the scope includes it
Field mapping agreed with your team, so submissions land in the right properties
A handover note listing each form and where it sends data
What to plan before launch
Agree the fields with whoever owns HubSpot
Form fields need to match the properties your team reports on. Agree them before the forms are designed.
Decide what’s gated
Gating a resource collects details and loses some readers. Gate what’s worth a form, and keep the rest open.
Check consent and cookies
HubSpot’s tracking code uses cookies. Depending on where your visitors are, you may need a consent banner. Your legal team decides.
Test every form end to end
Submit each form and check the contact appears in HubSpot with the right properties and source.
