When you contact us or book a call, we collect your name, email address, company name, and anything you include in the message. We use this to respond to your inquiry and, if relevant, to begin a working relationship.
When you subscribe to The Bright Method newsletter, we collect your email address. We use this to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
When you take the Credibility Gap Audit, we collect the information you provide about your company and brand. We use this to score your audit and, if you've opted in, to follow up with relevant guidance.
Automatically, when you visit the site, we collect standard analytics data — pages viewed, referring source, device type, and approximate location (from IP). We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not use this data to identify individuals.
How we use your data
We use personal data only for the purposes described above. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Where your data is stored
Contact and inquiry data is stored in Google Workspace. Newsletter data is stored in Substack. Analytics data is stored in Plausible.
Your rights
Under Spanish and EU data protection law (GDPR), you can request a copy of the personal data BrightStudios holds about you, request correction of any inaccuracies, or request deletion at any time. Email hello@bybrightstudios.com with your request and we'll respond within 30 days.
