We run our projects through Contra. You get one written proposal, a flat fee and payment held in escrow, on a platform where you can check our reviews before you hire.
What Contra is
Contra is a platform for hiring independent professionals and studios. Each one has a public profile with their work, services and reviews from the people who hired them. Projects run through Contra from proposal to payment, and payments are held in escrow until the work is approved.
How we use it
Projects run through Contra escrow, paid 50% upfront and 50% on completion. Monthly work, such as Social Media Management, is billed monthly.
We agree the scope. After the intro call, your written proposal sets out the scope, responsibilities, timing and fee.
You pay the first half. Half the fee is paid at kickoff and held in escrow.
We do the work. You review the direction before wider production starts, against the agreed brief.
You pay the second half. The rest is paid on completion, once the scope is done.
