Brand and website design for productivity software

Help people see what your tool changes about their day, before they sign up.

Everyone already has a system

Productivity tools compete with habits. Your buyer already has a task list, a calendar, a docs tool and a chat tool, and switching costs them time they don’t feel they have. Many try before they buy, often alone and in a few minutes. For team tools, one person tries it and someone else approves it for the team.

The common problems follow from that. The homepage lists features that sound like every other tool in the category. Screenshots show a busy interface with no story attached. The site promises saved time without showing where the time comes from. And a loud, crowded brand sits awkwardly on a product meant to make work feel calmer.

What the brand and website need to do

  • Show the change. What a day or a workflow looks like with the product, shown in the real interface.

  • Make the first step obvious. Sign up, install or book a demo, with one clear path on each page.

  • Speak to the user and the approver. The person who tries it, and the one who signs off for the team.

  • Feel like the product. A calm, clear brand for a tool that promises focus.

How we approach it

We start from the moment the product changes something for the person using it. Then we build the story, the screens and the visual system around that moment.

Clear choices, screen by screen · Tithe. Tithe is an iOS focus app with three consequence paths. It was pre-launch when we designed its UI/UX across 35 screens, so each choice and confirmation is clear. The work ran from kickoff to a handoff-ready Figma file in six weeks, and it was design only.

Where to start

  • Website Design + Build for a launch site or a full site in Framer or Webflow, with a CMS your team can update.

  • Website Design when your own developers will build the site.

  • Brand Sprint when the product has outgrown its look.

  • Full BRIGHT when the identity and the site need to change together. Positioning is included when you commission it.
