The time difference
Israel is 7 hours ahead of Toronto for most of 2026. For a few weeks it’s 6 hours, from 8 to 26 March and from 25 to 31 October. Canada and Israel change their clocks on different dates, and those dates shift a little each year.
When it’s 9am in Toronto, it’s 4pm in Israel. The hours you share fall in your morning and Israel’s afternoon.
