The time difference
Israel is 8 hours ahead of Austin for most of 2026. For a few weeks it’s 7 hours, from 8 to 26 March and from 25 to 31 October. The US and Israel change their clocks on different dates, and those dates shift a little each year.
When it’s 9am in Austin, it’s 5pm in Israel. Standard office hours barely overlap, and what overlap there is falls early in your morning.
